The Butcher Shop has been a household name in Memphis since 1981. They serve choice grain-fed beef and age it for four week before it ever hits the coals. The smell of hickory makes you feel right at home in the cozy atmosphere of this downtown steakhouse. The chefs will grill their two inch thick Filets, 30 oz. Porterhouses, 20 oz. ribeyes, chicken, chops or fish to perfection – or you can opt to grill it yourself.
